Responsible delivery is practical, not promotional

We consider safety, environmental impact, responsible procurement and governance as part of how a project is planned and delivered. Our approach is proportionate to the project and based on clear responsibilities, competent appointments and evidence.

Health, safety and compliance

PSG plans and manages work in line with applicable UK legislation and project requirements. We coordinate competent health and safety, principal designer, building-control, fire and specialist input as required by the appointment and procurement route.

Environmental decisions

  • Retain and adapt existing elements where this provides a sound commercial and environmental outcome
  • Consider material durability, maintenance and replacement cycles
  • Review waste, logistics and packaging with delivery partners
  • Seek transparent product information where it is relevant and available
  • Coordinate client sustainability standards and project-specific target

Responsible procurement

Suppliers and subcontractors are selected against capability, project requirements, commercial terms and relevant compliance. We aim to avoid specifications or purchasing decisions that create unnecessary cost, waste or future operational problems.

Governance

Decisions, costs, changes and responsibilities should be recorded and capable of scrutiny. Clear reporting and an open commercial conversation are central to our project approach.
