A straightforward working relationship
We do not need to control every part of the team to add value. We can work within an established consultant structure or provide an integrated route where the client needs one accountable delivery lead. In either case, roles, information requirements and decision points are agreed early.
Experience does not replace specialist technical advice; our role is to make sure that advice is properly integrated, priced and delivered.
