A coordinated route
We coordinate design development, procurement, statutory requirements, building services, specialist packages and site delivery as one project. Decisions are recorded, costs remain visible and issues are dealt with before they affect the critical path wherever possible.
Commercial control
Our quantity surveying background informs how we price, procure and manage change. We state assumptions clearly, test packages against the project requirements and do not rely on artificially low allowances that create later surprises.
Delivery suited to the project
Depending on scope and risk, PSG can provide fixed-price delivery, construction management or an open-book package route. We will explain the implications of each before appointment so the client can select the most appropriate basis.
