The challenge:
Vaion were the initial occupants of the newly-refurbished Charter Place in Uxbridge.
The firm took on an initial 4,600 sq ft space on the ground floor of the building, just a short distance away from the High Street and opposite the underground station, then invited PSG back for their expansion programme into the second floor of this building being 7,700 sq ft.
