- Selection of suitable contractors to tender for the project
- Liaison with the landlord regarding issues faced in a multi-tenant building
- Detailed contractor insurance work
- Evaluation of contractor tenders/pricing
- Working with QBE to choose a suitable contractor
- Financial approvals and reporting
- Project closedown and snagging
The challenge:
QBE Insurance is one of the world’s most successful insurance companies and has offices in 37 countries. The name is an acronym for “query by example”, which is a unique feature developed by the brand to provide user-friendly insurance queries. The business is over 130 years old.
Working to tight deadlines and key dates we ensured successful delivery of this time sensitive programme.
