The challenge:

Delta Capita provide a Business Operating Platform-as-a-Service (BOPaaS) for the Financial Services industry. Following corporate growth currently residing in Canary Wharf, chose to expand their floor area to occupy an entire floor of 16,500 sq ft.

With stringent processes in place for tenant works within Canary Wharf, the project required extensive coordination and Landlord meetings both prior to and during project works. With a great team from Canary Wharf Management the process was professional and collaborative. The works itself was to refurbish in occupation, phasing the works and minimising the churn and need have temporary work spaces.
