The Challenges
Our client is a recently established Investment Management business, formed by two experienced fund managers with many years expertise. The brief was to create a sustainable business workplace over the long term, developing offices that reflect a balance of historical expertise in a professional environment, without creating one of opulence.
The Specification
PSG Global was given the following specifications;
- 6,500 sq ft in premium location in Jermyn Street, London W1
- CAT A and CAT B fit-out. Design and build
- Furniture and AV included
PSG Provided
- Design inspired by a famous Dutch painter
- Front of house has a boutique hotel feel, back of house being a functional office space
